Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, MagnuzTech collects the contact and project information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, phone number, separate WhatsApp number, email address, Business / Industry and requirement.
Contact and campaign enquiry forms may also record attribution supplied with the visit, including UTM campaign parameters, the landing URL, referrer, form or source identifier and submission time.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirement, prepare a proposal, measure campaign effectiveness and maintain a record of our communication. We do not sell your personal information.
Spam protection
When enabled, public enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare receives technical information needed to perform that verification under its own privacy terms.
WhatsApp notifications
When enabled for the Contact form or a campaign form, selected enquiry details and campaign context are sent to MagnuzTech's configured WhatsApp number through WACM so the team can respond promptly. A notification failure does not remove the enquiry stored by MagnuzTech.
Website measurement
When configured, this website may use Meta Pixel and Google advertising measurement to understand visits and successfully saved enquiry conversions. Failed or rejected submissions are not treated as conversions. These services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies.
Retention and security
Enquiries are stored in a protected database accessible through the MagnuzTech admin panel. Integration credentials are encrypted and are not displayed to visitors. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal and service purposes.
