These Terms and Conditions govern access to magnuztech.in and services supplied by MagnuzTech. A signed proposal, quotation, statement of work, order form or written service confirmation may contain additional project-specific terms. If a project document conflicts with these website terms, the project document takes priority for that project.

Clear scopeWork is based on the agreed proposal, deliverables and revision limits.
Milestone deliveryFees and approvals may be tied to defined stages of the project.
Fair ownershipFinal bespoke deliverables transfer after full payment, subject to third-party licences.

1. About MagnuzTech

MagnuzTech provides custom website development, mobile application development, digital marketing, search optimisation, software and plugin development, productised digital solutions and related consulting. Our registered office is at 1/253/E, First Floor, Nakshathralaya, Poonganagar 4, Thirumangalam, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625706.

2. Accepting these terms

You accept the applicable terms when you use this website, approve a proposal, issue a purchase order, pay an invoice or instruct us to begin work. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. Electronic approvals and communications may be used to form and administer the service agreement.

3. Proposals, scope and estimates

Our proposal or written confirmation will describe the deliverables, assumptions, fees and expected schedule. Estimates are based on the information available when issued. Work outside the agreed scope—including new pages, features, integrations, campaign channels, data migration or substantial design changes—requires a written change request and may affect cost and delivery dates.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, approvals, content, brand assets and access to necessary accounts. You must have the right to use all text, images, trademarks, data and other materials supplied to us. You are responsible for reviewing factual, legal and regulatory claims before publication. Delays in content, credentials, approvals or decisions may move the delivery schedule.

5. Fees, invoices and taxes

Fees, payment milestones and recurring charges are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable by their due date and applicable GST is charged as required. MagnuzTech may pause work, deployment, advertising activity, support or access to unpaid deliverables when an invoice is overdue, after reasonable notice.

6. Revisions and approvals

Included revision rounds are limited to those stated in the project scope. A revision adjusts an agreed deliverable; it does not introduce a new direction or feature. When you approve a milestone in writing, work proceeds on that basis. Later changes to an approved milestone may be quoted separately.

7. Delivery, testing and acceptance

Delivery dates are good-faith targets unless expressly agreed as fixed. Before launch, you must review the deliverables and report material issues within the review period stated in the proposal, or within seven calendar days when no period is stated. We will correct reproducible issues where the delivered work does not materially match the agreed scope. Requests for enhancements are treated as new work.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of materials you provide. After full payment, you receive the rights expressly granted in the proposal to the final bespoke deliverables created specifically for you. MagnuzTech retains ownership of pre-existing code, reusable libraries, development methods, templates, know-how and internal tools. Open-source software, fonts, stock assets, plugins, APIs and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.

9. Domains, hosting and third-party services

Domains, hosting, app stores, advertising platforms, payment gateways, messaging providers, analytics tools and other third-party services are governed by their providers. Their fees, policies, approvals, outages and account restrictions are outside our control. Unless the proposal says otherwise, you are responsible for maintaining ownership, billing access and compliant use of your third-party accounts.

10. Digital marketing and performance

Marketing, SEO and advertising services are delivered with professional care, but search rankings, platform approvals, lead volumes, conversion rates and revenue cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on market conditions, budgets, competition, customer response, platform algorithms and factors outside MagnuzTech’s control. Ad spend is separate from our professional fee unless expressly included.

11. Confidentiality and data

Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public business information received from the other and will use it only for the engagement. Our handling of website enquiry and measurement data is described in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, retention and backup of data supplied for your project unless a written agreement assigns a specific responsibility to us.

12. Suspension and termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement according to the applicable proposal, or by reasonable written notice when no notice period is stated. We may suspend or terminate services for material non-payment, unlawful instructions, abusive conduct, security risk or a serious breach that is not corrected after notice. On termination, you must pay for completed work and non-cancellable commitments. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity or loss caused by third-party platforms. MagnuzTech’s aggregate liability arising from a project will not exceed the fees paid to us for the affected service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

14. Events outside reasonable control

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably outside its control, including internet or power failure, natural events, government action, labour disruption, cyber incidents, platform outages or failures of third-party infrastructure. The affected party will communicate the impact and resume performance as reasonably possible.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern through good-faith written discussion. Subject to rights and forums that cannot legally be excluded, courts with jurisdiction in Madurai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.

16. Updates and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to magnuztech@gmail.com or by post to our registered office.
